Welcome to Samuel’s Pet Studio! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://www.samuelspetstudio.com, and the purchase of our custom pet portrait canvas prints. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Custom Orders

Each canvas is custom-made using your pet’s photo(s) as a reference and any notes you provide.

2. Proofs & Revisions

• Mockup proofs of your artwork will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours after we receive your pet’s photo.
• You may request unlimited revisions until you’re fully satisfied.
• We will not proceed with printing until we receive your final approval.

3. Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.
• You’ll only be asked to make payment after you’ve reviewed and approved your artwork proof. Once payment is completed, we’ll begin producing your canvas.
• We use Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Apple Pay to process payments. We do not store any payment details.

4. Shipping

• We offer free tracked shipping to the United States and Canada only.
• Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted partner JONDO Ltd located at 22700 Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, CA 92887.
• Delivery takes 8-10 business days after proof approval.
• We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is custom-made, all artwork is created specifically for you and approved before production.

However, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for your peace of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

All orders are carefully inspected before shipping. Returns or refunds for reasons other than damage, defects, or errors may be considered at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Samuel’s Pet Studio. You may not reproduce or use the design for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

• By using our website and services, you agree not to:
• Copy, reproduce, or resell our designs.
• Use our designs for commercial or promotional purposes.
• Provide false information when placing an order.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how your data is used and protected.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
