At Samuel’s Pet Studio, every portrait is custom-made with care using your pet’s photo and your personal input. Your artwork is reviewed and approved by you before production to ensure it’s exactly what you love. For added peace of mind, we offer a 30-day return policy and are committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase.

1. Artwork Approval & 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

Each portrait is carefully created using your pet’s photo and sent to you for review before anything is printed. You’ll have the opportunity to request revisions to ensure everything looks just right. We only move forward with production once you’ve approved your artwork.

For added peace of mind, we also offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While this rarely happens, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@samuelspetstudio.com and include:

• A clear photo of the issue
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your case and work quickly to resolve the issue — typically by sending you a replacement canvas at no extra cost.
