Samuel, a professional graphic designer and timber craftsman, runs the studio alongside his business partner Catherine, who oversees accounting and operations. Together, they make sure every part of the process, from design to delivery, is handled with care.

2. Proof & Revisions
I’ll email you a proof within 24–48 hours. You can request as many edits as you’d like until you’re fully happy with the artwork.
3. Size
The canvas size is 16×20 inches. It’s our most popular size and makes the perfect statement piece for your wall.
4. Materials
a) The canvas is made from a cotton and polyester blend.
b) The inner frame is crafted from radiata pine sourced from renewable forests.
c) Soft rubber dots on the back corners provide extra support.
d) Comes with hanging hardware on the back.
5. Location
Our production facility is located at 22700 Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, under JONDO Ltd.
6. Shipping
Shipping with tracking is free across the US. We currently don’t ship internationally.
7. Delivery Time
Delivered to your door in 5–8 business days after proof approval.

9. Returns & Refunds
Since each portrait is custom-made, all sales are final. If your canvas arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll make sure you absolutely love your canvas before it’s shipped. High-quality, close-up proofs will be emailed to you for approval, and we’ll make revisions until you’re fully satisfied.

Absolutely! A pet portrait makes a thoughtful and heartfelt gift. You can provide the recipient’s address at checkout.
