1. Custom Orders

Each canvas is custom-made using your pet’s photo and any notes you provide. Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, all sales are final once the proof is approved.

2. Proofs & Revisions

• A digital proof of your artwork will be sent via email within 24–48 hours after we receive your pet’s photo.
• You may request unlimited revisions until you’re fully satisfied.
• We will not proceed with printing until we receive your final approval.

3. Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payment is required in full at checkout before work begins on your custom artwork.
• We use secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store any payment details.

4. Shipping

• We offer free tracked shipping within the United States.
• Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted partner JONDO Ltd located at 22700 Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, CA 92887.
• Delivery takes 5–8 business days after proof approval.
• We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because each product is custom-made:

• All sales are final.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Intellectual Property

• All artwork remains the intellectual property of Samuel’s Pet Studio. You may not reproduce or use the design for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

• By using our website and services, you agree not to:
• Copy, reproduce, or resell our designs.
• Use our designs for commercial or promotional purposes.
• Provide false information when placing an order.
