Refund and Returns Policy

At Samuel’s Pet Studio, every portrait is custom-made with love and care, using your pet’s photo and your personal input. Because of this personalized process, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your artwork has been approved and sent for printing. However, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase.

1. Proof and Money-Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you’re not completely happy with the proof of your portrait. You’ll receive close-up mockups of your fur baby on canvas from multiple angles within 24–48 hours, and you can request as many revisions as you need to make it perfect.

If you’re still not in love with it, you’re welcome to request a full refund before the canvas goes into production.

Please note: Once you approve the final proof and production begins, refunds are no longer possible, as each canvas is custom-made just for you.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While this rarely happens, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@samuelspetstudio.com and include:

• A clear photo of the issue
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your case and work quickly to resolve the issue — typically by sending you a replacement canvas at no extra cost.
