2. PayPal Buyer Protection

PayPal has your back after checkout. Your purchases are protected no matter how you pay—credit, debit, PayPal balance, and more. If you don’t receive your order or it arrives differently than described, PayPal Purchase Protection will help you get reimbursed. Please contact the merchant first to resolve any issue. 3. Proof & Revisions

We’ll email you a proof within 24–48 hours. You can request as many edits as you’d like until you’re fully happy with the artwork.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you’re not completely happy with the proof of your portrait. You’ll receive close-up mockups of your fur baby on canvas from multiple angles, and you can request as many revisions as you need to make it perfect.

If you’re still not in love with it, you’re welcome to request a full refund before the canvas goes into production.

Please note: Once you approve the final proof and production begins, refunds are no longer possible, as each canvas is custom-made just for you.

5. Sizes

We offer two canvas sizes: 11×14 and 16×20 inches.

The 16×20 inch canvas is our most popular and makes the perfect statement piece for your wall.

6. Materials

a) The canvas is made from a cotton and polyester blend.
b) The inner frame is crafted from radiata pine sourced from renewable forests.
c) Soft rubber dots on the back corners provide extra support.
d) Comes with hanging hardware on the back.

Our production facility is located at 22700 Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, under JONDO Ltd.

8. Shipping

Shipping with tracking is free across the US. We currently don’t ship internationally.

9. Delivery Time

Delivered to your door in 10 business days after proof approval.

10. Payment Method

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards. Card payments are securely processed through PayPal—no account is needed.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While this rarely happens, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
