Our Purchase Protection is designed to give you peace of mind when buying from Samuel’s Pet Studio. In the rare case you experience any of the following issues, we’ll take care of you:

1. Shipping problems such as delays or lost packages
Your pet portrait is delivered within 14 business days (excluding weekends) from the date of your order. If there’s any unexpected delay or issue, we’ll keep you updated and work with you to make it right.
2. Damaged orders that arrive with dents, scratches, or canvas defects
Shipping mishaps are rare, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and prevents abuse of the policy.
3. Incorrect orders such as wrong size, wrong artwork, or missing items
Every order is carefully inspected before shipping. If you notice anything isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right while preventing abuse of the policy.

Once your portrait is approved and shipped, a tracking email will be sent to you so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
