2. Proof & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction truly matters to us. After placing your order, you’ll receive a detailed proof of your custom pet portrait via email within 2 to 3 business days. This includes close-up previews of how your painting will look on canvas.

You’re welcome to request any changes needed to make sure the artwork feels just right before it moves into production. We’ll work closely with you until you’re happy with the final proof.

Once you approve the proof, your canvas is carefully prepared and printed. We never move into production without your approval.

3. Purchase Protection

Our Purchase Protection is designed to give you peace of mind when buying from Samuel’s Pet Studio. In the rare event of a shipping issue, damage during transit, or an incorrect order, we’ll work closely with you to make it right. Every portrait is carefully reviewed and approved by you before shipping, and once your order is dispatched, a tracking email is sent so you can follow it to your doorstep. All orders are thoroughly inspected before leaving our studio, and if any issue does occur, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the matter quickly while preventing abuse of the policy.

4. Sizes

We offer multiple canvas sizes: 11×14, 12×16, 16×20, 18×24, 24×30, 30×40 inches.

The 16×20 inch canvas is our most popular and makes the perfect statement piece for your wall.

5. Materials

a) The canvas is made from a cotton and polyester blend.
b) The inner frame is crafted from radiata pine sourced from renewable forests.
c) Soft rubber dots on the back corners provide extra support.
d) Comes with hanging hardware on the back.

6. Location

Our production and artist studios are located at 22700 Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, under JONDO Ltd and Westlands Mansion, Mpaka Road, Westlands, Nairobi.

7. Shipping

Shipping with tracking is free across the US. We currently don’t ship internationally.

8. Delivery Time

Delivered to your door in 14 business days after proof approval.

9. Payment Method

We accept Apple Pay and all major credit and debit cards. All payments are securely processed using industry-standard encryption.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While this rarely happens, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
