Every order is protected from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. We are committed to making sure you receive exactly what you expect.

1. What’s Covered

If something goes wrong, you’re protected in the following situations:

Your item arrives damaged during transit
You receive the wrong item
Your order is lost or does not arrive
Your item is significantly different from what was approved

In any of these cases, we will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

2. Our Process (What We Do to Protect You)

We’ve built safeguards into every step:

Your artwork is carefully created and sent for approval before production
You can request revisions to ensure everything looks right
Your order is only produced after your approval
Every canvas is inspected before shipping
You receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched

3. If There’s an Issue

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos (if applicable).

This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

4. 30-Day Peace of Mind

In addition to the above, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for your peace of mind.

Because each portrait is custom-made and approved by you before production, returns or refunds outside of damaged, incorrect, or defective items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Additional Protection Through Your Payment Provider

When you pay using cards from VISA, Mastercard, and American Express, you may also be eligible for their purchase protection programs.

These programs can offer additional coverage in cases such as non-delivery or items not as described, subject to your card provider’s terms and conditions.
