At Samuel’s Pet Studio, every canvas is custom-made with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your art will arrive.

1. Proof Approval Process

Once you place your order and share your pet’s photo, I’ll create your custom artwork and send a proof via email within 24–48 hours.

You’ll have the chance to request unlimited edits until you’re fully satisfied.
We will not proceed to print without your final approval.

2. Shipping Timeline

After you approve your artwork, we’ll begin production and ship your canvas.
Your order will be delivered to your door within 8–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping Area

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.

All orders come with tracking so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

We offer free shipping across all U.S. states and Canadian provinces.

4. Shipping Partner

Shipping is handled by our trusted logistics partner, JONDO Ltd, based at 22700 Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, CA 92887.

They ensure top-tier print quality and reliable, fast shipping.

5. Delivery Issues

If your canvas arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at samuelspetstudio@gmail.com. Include:

A photo of the damage or issue
Your order number
A brief description of the problem

We’ll make it right.
